Yoga
The practice of Yoga is a synthesis of physical exercises, conscious breathing, concentration and meditation exercises, energy work and a healthy lifestyle. Regularly practicing these methods of Yoga allows blocked energy to flow, strengthens both physically and mentally, and lets you relax more deeply and fully.
Yoga is a wonderful way to journey on a path of self-awareness, to practice a humorous approach to small and big weaknesses and to develop love for one's own body.It is my desire to teach Yoga as an honest and exciting way of communication between ourselves and our modern environment. The inspiration for my Yoga lessons is therefore drawn from the richness of life itself!
