About me, Marie Kasper
I spent my childhood in my home country of Belgium, before moving to Spain at the age of 15 and to Germany at the age of 19.
With parents as keen sailors, I travelled the seas at a young age which awakened my curiosity for movement, people and a healthy lifestyle.
The study of culture and psychology helped to enhance my understanding of the relationship between body, mind and environment. Therefore physical activity and health psychological knowledge began to play an important role in my life.
To motivate, athletically strengthen and encourage emotional balance in people - this is my challenge as a personal trainer and I am passionate about this profession. The philosophy of combining challenging training with a clear teaching style and high social competences is present in all my training sessions. It is my personal pre-requisite that I bring lightness and a deep trust in my own potential. This is the main task of a personal trainer.
I completed my personal trainer training with Franz Hammer and Matthias Haun. I also attended further trainings with Robert Steinbacher (Body Art, Functional Training), Simone Hörster (Pilates), Olaf Rößler (back school), Patricia Thielemann, Gurmukh, Nick Bradley (yoga), Kathleen Lotsch, Henning Giess Katrin Kleinesper (nutrition), Birgit Grobbecker (relaxation).
I innovatively combine diverse knowledge from the fields of sports, relaxation, beauty, nutrition and health and present them with assertiveness and sensitivity.
I speak German, Spanish, English and French.
